Executive Coaching is a targeted, customized method for developing leaders within an organization. Our team approaches executive coaching as a cooperative agreement between an upper-level executive, his/her organization, and the executive coach. All coaching takes place within the context and on behalf of the organizational strategy, objectives, and directives. The organization is the client, while the benefactors are the executive and the organization.Coaching partnerships are comprised primarily of one-on-one interactions between a professional coach and an executive.
They are supported, as needed, by others. This partnership is based on mutually agreeable ground rules, timeframes, and specific goals and measures of success.
For family firms, it is imperative to utilize an executive coach who is external both to the firm and to the family. One, who has the ability to objectively interpret feedback and deliver it in a compassionate manner. By utilizing an executive coach for family firms, the information can be fairly assessed by the appropriate executive and acted upon effectively.

Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT (often known as Tapping or EFT Tapping), is a universal healing tool that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional, and performance issues. EFT operates on the premise that no matter what part of your life needs improvement, there are unresolved emotional issues in the way. Even for physical issues, chronic pain, or diagnosed conditions, it is common knowledge that any kind of emotional stress can impede the natural healing potential of the human body.
In many cases, EFT can be applied directly to physical symptoms for relief without exploring any emotional contributors. However, for the most powerful, longest lasting results with EFT, we do expect to identify and target related emotional issues.
The EFT premise also includes the understanding that the more unresolved emotional issues you can clear, the more peace and emotional freedom you will have in your life. The Personal Peace Procedure is the tool you need to get there ... limiting beliefs can vanish, personal performance can soar, relationships can thrive, and vibrant physical health can be yours. If we're being realistic, everyone on this planet has at least a few emotional issues holding them back from pure, limitless happiness.

Church, D., Hawk, C., Brooks, AJ.,Toukolehto, O., Wren, M., Dinter, I., Stein, Phyllis, P. (2013). Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease, 201(2), 153-160.
This study looked at the effects of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) on veterans' PTSD symptoms. Fifty-nine participants who met the clinical criteria for PTSD were recruited through online announcements and referrals from clinicians, and randomized to treatment and control groups. The treatment group received six one-hour EFT sessions over a month in conjunction with their standard mental health treatment. A significant (p < 0.001) difference was found in clinical criteria, with 89.7% of EFT participants no longer meeting clinical criteria for PTSD at the end of treatment, and 79.5% at six months following treatment. There was also a significant (p < 0.0001) improvement in all symptoms at the end of treatment and three month and six-month follow-ups.
